Terms of Service
Plain language on purpose. Last updated June 12, 2026.
Who we are
Riri is a product of Rangtay Tawo, a Filipino software business based in San Pedro, Laguna, Philippines. These terms are an agreement between your business and us when you use Riri. Riri is built for Philippine businesses first — if you use it from another country, you are welcome, but you are responsible for compliance with your local laws, and these terms remain governed by Philippine law.
Your account and workspace
You create a workspace for your business and you own the data inside it. Keep your login credentials safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. Use an email address you own — it is where account recovery goes.
Your data is yours
Everything you record in Riri belongs to your business. Your operational data — products, customers, sales, orders, quotations, receivables, serials — exports as CSV at any time, on every tier, and you can leave whenever you want. If you close your account, we delete your data after a reasonable wind-down period, except where the law requires us to keep it.
What you can't use Riri for
Anything illegal, anything that harms other tenants (probing, scraping, abuse of the service), or storing data you have no right to hold. We may suspend accounts that put other customers' data or the service at risk.
Paying for Riri
Free tiers are free. Paid plans are billed monthly — in Philippine pesos for Philippine businesses, or in your local plan currency where we offer it. No contracts, cancel anytime — your plan simply ends at the period you paid for. We never charge a cancellation fee.
Service and support
Riri is provided as-is, and we work hard to keep it fast and available — including daily monitoring and backups before every system change. Support is a real human, not a ticket queue. We are honest about what the product does and does not do yet.
If something goes wrong
If a problem is our fault, our total liability is capped at the amount your business paid us in the twelve months before the problem. We are never liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing here limits liability that Philippine law does not allow us to limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you inside the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use Riri after that means you accept the updated terms.
