A POS rings up sales. Riri runs the clinic.
Front desk — your booking page works while you sleep
Patients book from a link — no app, no account. Walk-ins join a queue with a now-serving view, so the waiting area runs itself.

Consultation room — records that respect the room
Patient records with SOAP notes, consent-first by design and aligned with the Data Privacy Act. Soft-delete and an audit trail, so nothing is ever silently lost.

Checkout — stock deducts itself after every service
Ring up services and products together. Services carry their own supply list, so a gluta drip deducts the vial, the syringe, and the gloves on its own.

Stock room — first to expire, first out
Every batch carries its expiry from the day it arrives. Riri sells the oldest safe lot first and flags what's expiring — expired stock can't be dispensed, even by accident.

Questions, answered
Can I export my clinic's data and leave whenever I want?
Yes — leaving is deliberately easy, on every tier including the free one. One click gives you a standard CSV of your customers, sales, products, orders, and more, so you always hold a clean, portable copy of your clinic's records. There is no lock-in, no exit fee, and nothing to email anyone for: the export button lives right inside the app, not behind a support request or a cancellation penalty. We believe a clinic's patient and business records belong to the clinic, not to the software, so if Riri ever stops being the right fit you download your data, cancel, and walk away without a contract to unwind. That promise holds the same on the free plan as it does on every paid plan, today and as your clinic grows into more patients, more staff, or more branches.
What does it mean that stock deducts itself after a service?
It means you only ring up the treatment and Riri handles the supplies behind it. Each service carries its own supply list — its bill of materials — so when you charge a procedure, Riri automatically deducts the consumables it used, such as the vial, the syringe, and the gloves, from your inventory. It always pulls from the correct batch and sells the oldest safe lot first, so your expiry-dated stock stays accurate without anyone counting by hand. A gluta drip, for example, draws down every item on its supply list in one step the moment you charge it. That keeps your inventory honest after every single visit, flags what is running low or nearing expiry, and means your stock count reflects what actually walked out the door — not a guess you reconcile at the end of the week.
What exactly are the Free tier limits for a clinic?
The Free plan is a real working clinic system, not a crippled trial. It covers the full core for one location with the owner plus one staff login: your public booking page, the walk-in queue, patient records, POS with receipts, and inventory are all included. The usage ceiling is roughly fifty active patients and around a hundred sales a month, which is enough to run a genuine solo clinic day to day. When you outgrow those numbers, paid tiers lift the patient and sales limits and add features like auto-deducting service supplies with expiry tracking, per-branch inventory, and real-human support — but nothing core is held hostage on Free. The idea is that a small Philippine clinic can start running properly at zero cost and only pay once growth, not an artificial gate, makes the next tier worth it.
What devices and hardware does my clinic need to run Riri?
None to buy. Riri runs entirely in the web browser on any phone, tablet, or laptop your clinic already owns, so there is no hardware bundle to purchase, no terminal to lease, and nothing to install or keep updated. If you can open a website, you can run the clinic on Riri. That keeps your starting cost at zero and means your front desk can check the queue from a phone while you ring up a treatment on a laptop at the counter — the same live data on whatever screen is nearest. Because everything is web-based, you are never tied to one machine in one room; sign in from a new device and your bookings, patient records, and stock are right there. This ₱0-hardware approach is deliberate: a clinic should not have to buy equipment just to start keeping its records properly.
Is my patients' data safe and compliant with Philippine law?
Yes. Patient records in Riri are consent-first by design and aligned with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173): you record consent, and every record carries that intent rather than treating sensitive data as an afterthought. Each clinic's data is isolated from every other clinic at the database level, so no one outside your clinic can ever see your patients, and everything is encrypted in transit and at rest. Edits soft-delete instead of vanishing, and a full audit trail keeps the prior version, so a note is never silently overwritten and you can always see what changed and when. The database is also backed up before every system change, so an update can't quietly lose your history. We treat holding patient information as the core responsibility of the product, which is why these safeguards are built into how the system works rather than promised in a policy.
